These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vijzel Vintage website and your purchases. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• Currency & Taxes: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
• Transparent Pricing: The price at checkout is the final price. We do not charge hidden handling charges.
• Payment Methods: Transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

• Territory: We ship exclusively within the Netherlands.
• Order Cut-Off Time: 19:00 (7:00 PM) CET.
• Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Monday – Sunday).
• Transit Time: 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
• Total Delivery: Estimated 3 – 4 Business Days.
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over €50.
• Local Pickup: Free collection is available from our Amsterdam boutique during business hours.

We comply with EU and Dutch consumer protection laws.

• Standard Items: You have the right to cancel and return items within 14 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same pre-owned condition as received with all shop tags attached.
• Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@vijzelvintage.com within 24 hours with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund.

In the event of an eligible return, Vijzel Vintage charges €0.00 Restocking Fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for “change of mind” returns on eligible items.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
