As a boutique specializing in pre-owned vintage clothing, we provide detailed descriptions and high-resolution photographs for all items. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent return process in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
14-Day Guarantee
In line with EU consumer regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a specific reason.
Quality & Eligibility
Because we sell curated, pre-owned vintage items, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unwashed, and with any original shop tags still attached.
- Defects: If an item has a defect that was not described or visible in the product listing, it is eligible for a full return.
As our inventory consists of one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.
Timeline & Methods
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Mail or In-Store
By Mail: Email support@vijzelvintage.com with your order number. Pack the item securely and ship it to our boutique address.
In-Store: Returns can be made in person at our Amsterdam boutique during business hours.
