Common Inquiries
1. What is the condition of your vintage clothing?
As we specialize in pre-owned vintage items, each piece is unique and may show natural signs of wear consistent with its age. We provide detailed descriptions and high-resolution photographs to accurately represent the condition of every garment.
2. Are your items authentic?
Yes. Every item in our collection is individually inspected and hand-selected to ensure it is authentic and one-of-a-kind.
3. Do you offer delivery outside of the Netherlands?
We primarily ship within the Netherlands, but we also offer shipping to select international locations. Please check the shipping estimates at checkout for more details.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a standard shipping fee of €4.95 applies.
5. Can I return my purchase?
In accordance with EU law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original pre-owned condition with tags attached.
6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives with an undisclosed defect, please notify us at support@vijzelvintage.com within 24 hours with photos. We will prioritize a solution immediately.
7. How can I track my order?
Once dispatched (Handling Time: 0–1 Business Days), you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
8. Can I collect my order in person?
Absolutely! We offer Free In-Store Pickup from our Amsterdam boutique. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Items are typically ready within 2 hours during business hours.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Stripe, including all major credit cards. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
10. Can I exchange an item?
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of vintage stock, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
