In line with EU consumer regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a specific reason.

Quality & Eligibility

Because we sell curated, pre-owned vintage items, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unwashed, and with any original shop tags still attached.
  • Defects: If an item has a defect that was not described or visible in the product listing, it is eligible for a full return.

As our inventory consists of one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website.

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds in your account.

Mail or In-Store

By Mail: Email support@vijzelvintage.com with your order number. Pack the item securely and ship it to our boutique address.

In-Store: Returns can be made in person at our Amsterdam boutique during business hours.
