Service Area & Rates

Service Area: We ship to addresses within the Netherlands and select international locations.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €50.
Standard Shipping: For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.95 applies.
Local Pickup: We offer Free Local Pickup from our Amsterdam boutique for all orders, regardless of value.

Processing Timeline

To ensure your vintage items are inspected and packaged with the highest level of detail:

Daily Order Cut-Off Time 19:00 (7:00 PM) CET

Handling Time 0 – 1 Business Day

Orders placed before 7:00 PM are typically prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 PM, or on Bank Holidays, will be processed the next business day.

03 / Transit Time & Estimates

Delivery Times

Transit Time: 2 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
Total Estimated Delivery: 2 – 4 Business Days.
Carriers: We partner with trusted European carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

04 / Specialist Handling

Care & Tracking

Careful Packaging: Our vintage clothing is packaged using eco-friendly materials to maintain quality.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

05 / Local Amsterdam Services

Free Local Pickup

You can collect your order for free from our location at Vijzelstraat 83, 1017 HG Amsterdam. Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” email before arriving.

06 / Delivery Issues & Damages

Reporting Problems

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours at support@vijzelvintage.com. Please include photos of the item and the packaging so we can arrange a solution immediately.
