1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within the Netherlands only. All packages are shipped directly from our physical boutique located at Vijzelstraat 83, 1017 HG Amsterdam.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 4–5 business days after shipment. Please note that during holidays or high-demand periods, delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available on all orders within the Netherlands. No minimum purchase is required, and there are no hidden charges.
5. Tracking Information
Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
